It is a monitoring and diagnosis system for pumps and motors. It is a device that monitors the operating status in real time, maintains the best operating condition, and performs a protective function when an abnormality occurs.
Detection function
- Motor winding temperature detection: 3 temperature sensors (PT 100[Ω])
- Bearing temperature detection: 2 upper and lower bearing temperature sensors (PT 100[Ω])
- Pressure detection: Detects the oil pressure of the oil circulation pump in the reducer
- Measurement of rotation direction and rotation speed
Alarms and Protection
- When the temperature rises above the set value, water leakage is detected, or oil pressure change is detected, the alarm function is activated. When the alarm function is activated, the pump and electric motor are stopped using an external output contact point.
Monitoring unit surveillance system (Option)
- Alarm monitoring and record management can be performed when using a monitoring system (program) dedicated to the monitoring unit.
- Monitoring unit provides communication function for PC connection
